Here’s a nice note we received from a “long distance” customer…

Adam, Tarbell & Mike, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you guys for helping me with my recent MTB purchase. As you know, I checked out many different bike manufacturers/models and had decided on Jamis.

I live in the Atlanta area, and could not find a any dealer in or near Atlanta that had a single Jamis bike that I could look at. After widening my search, I found your shop and I really appreciate the fact that you guys went out of your way to arrange for a bike to be available for me to look at. Not only did you go out of your way to help me put a set of eyes on a bike, you were extremely helpful throughout the entire purchase process and continued to go above and beyond after the sale and helped me tremendously with finding the right setup.

For me, it was well worth the drive from Atlanta, even with today’s gas prices, to know that I was getting exactly what I wanted.
