Gary’s Fisher

Is that who I think it is?

Talk about a brush with greatness!

Our bro-bud Gary, who makes the Bike Sunshine in Tallahassee, was in town recently to surf our couches, ride our trails, and drink our beer.

He was really proud of his new 29″ Fisher signature model. Y’all come back now, ya hear?

Question or Comment:
Do you have a rear gooseneck to fit an old schwinn? I am going to get riding again and my rear gooseneck is broken. Do I need one of those fancy helmets or is my old football helmet good enough? I ain’t wearing none of those queer boy tight pants neither so don’t ask. If my cut off blue jeans are good enough for noodlin catfish they is good enough to ride in.

Suck Creek Cycle is proud to be the Tennessee dealership of Kuota Carbon Bicycles. When we first heard about Kuota bikes, we wrongly assumed they were some cheapo Korean import… boy, were we surprised to find they are the Ferrari of bicycles, designed and built in Italy by what would seem to be Formula 1 technorati turned biciclati.

Check out these reviews and then come see for yourself how light, strong and beautiful these machines truly are.

Kredo

I don’t know who cooks up the designs for these guys, but they found a way to add a little swerve and curve to some of the super light stuff out there and toss in a little stiffness to boot. We get a leg over the Kuota Kredo.

Kueen-K

Kuota Kueen-KAnother expected Hawaii debut will come with Kuota’s new Kueen K. Kuota National Sales Manager Paul Thomas visited the Triathlete offices to show us a fresh-out-of-the-box, still-smells-of-fresh-paint Kuota Kueen K. While the Eurobike prototype looked good, Normann’s race-ready frame looked wicked, much more impressive in person.

“It’s been like waiting for Christmas to come, but then Christmas was pushed back,” Thomas said of the close-to-Kona arrival. “Finally it came.”

Kebel

Kuota KebelLocal legend Hugh Worthy has been riding a new Kebel all over Chattanooga, Tennessee and the surrounding mountains. Hugh has been a longtime fan of carbon fiber bicycles, being an early adopter with a K2 Karbon full suspension MTB way back when Suck Creek Cycle had just got rolling. Stay tuned for a review of this new, more affordable Kuota.
