Lynskey Performance wrote this 29 days ago.

Revised!! Lynskey Performance has done it again. Another great new model for 2010, the PRO29 LEFTY. We've incorporated the Cannondale Lefty fork and integrated headset, BB30 bottom bracket shell and Helix Tubeset to make this bike one of the most laterally stiff, "ride on rails" handling, Race ready Two Niner on the market. As Mark Lynskey says, "This bike rides itself!!" Check it out on our website and call us for more details. This will be the bike to beat this year. 423.499.5815. Old school downhill mountain biking

Gilligan wrote this 1 month, 0 days ago.

Yes, this is what it looked like in the old days of the early 90’s… rigid hardtails, neon lycra, body armor and plenty of bright anodized parts… only the top factory riders got the advantages of 60mm travel forks.

Check out some video footy of the brutal crash-n-action:

2010 Bikes: Mark’s Randonneuse

Coho Bicycles wrote this 1 month, 1 day ago.

Some of the guys are getting tall these days and I do a lot of frames bigger than 60cm.  This is one of them and it's a bicycle I was allowed to build from the ground up.  I hope the fender inspector approves of my installation.

Palermo Bicycles continues the tradition of single craftsman bicycle frame fabrication. Each frame is unique, tailored to its owner and constructed start to finish by me, Tom Palermo. All frames are constructed using lugged construction and the finest modern steel tubes to deliver a modern interpretation of classic steel. Palermo Bicycles are built to be ridden hard, beautiful to look at and sure to bring a smile to the rider's face.

Wes, a Paris-Brest-Paris ancien, needed a new frame for brevets and decided to go with steel.  Good choice, Wes.

2010 Specialized Transition

specialized411 wrote this 1 month, 4 days ago.

I was looking for a bike that would allow me to get my frontal exposure low, but still give me the comfort and feel of a road bike. When the boys presented me with the Transition, I was blown away. It just wanted to go. The handling was exceptional and the feel perfect. Ten weeks later, I rode the Transition to victory at the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. -CHRIS MACCA MCCORMACK, PROFESSIONAL MULTI-SPORT ATHLETE

2010 Specialized Tarmac SL3

specialized411 wrote this 1 month, 4 days ago.

To be a pro rider, you have to pay meticulous attention to every aspect of your fitness—training, nutrition, rest—and Specialized shows that same care with their bikes. My Tarmac is the best bike Ive ever had. Its seriously stiff, accelerates fast and is so light that I still cant believe how well it handles, even on fast descents. -ANDY SCHLECK, TEAM SAXO BANK
