The same Avinox M2S motor and carbon frame as the Pro. FOX Performance suspension and alloy wheels bring the full PX platform to a sharper entry point, with nothing given up where it counts.

Avinox M2S Drive Unit. 150N·m of peak torque in Boost, a 21.6% jump in torque density over the last generation, in a motor that weighs just 2.59kg. Five assist modes including a terrain-reading Auto mode, and operating noise as low as 45dBA. This is the identical motor from the Pro. Nothing is stepped down here.

700Wh integrated FP700 battery with the included 508W fast charger, 3x quicker than the standard 168W unit. Range tested at 144km in Eco. XL and XXL take the RS600 expansion battery for longer days, and the pack pulls out for charging off the bike on every size.

FOX Performance suspension front and rear: a 36 Performance fork at 160mm with GRIP damper, and a Float X Performance shock on a PX-specific tune. Magura Gustav Pro four-piston brakes on 203mm rotors, the same stoppers as the Pro. Amflow XMA-30 alloy mullet wheels, 29 front and 27.5 rear, tubeless ready. SRAM S1000 Eagle Transmission. The alloy build trades a little weight for a more impact-resistant rim.

The full 40-combination adjustment system, unchanged from the Pro. Five head angle positions across two degrees, two bottom bracket heights, and four chainstay lengths. All the hardware is in the box. It is one of the most tunable platforms on the market at any spec level.

GPS, Bluetooth, OTA updates, offline navigation, and remote locating as standard, run from the 2-inch OLED display. The one difference from the Pro is 4G IoT, which is not included. Riders who want 4G remote locating add an IoT Nano SIM separately.

The PX Carbon and PX Carbon Pro share the same frame, motor, battery, geometry, and brakes. For the step up to the Pro you get FOX Factory suspension with GRIP X2, carbon wheels, SRAM X0, a carbon bar, and 4G as standard. If those matter to you, the Pro earns its premium. If you want the platform and the M2S motor at the sharper entry point, this is the bike. The PR Carbon is the trail-geometry alternative from $4,999.
